Services
Waypoint Dynamics LLC provides freight dispatch services to owner-operators and small fleets, including load searching, rate negotiation, broker communication, and related administrative support. We are a dispatch service, not a broker, carrier, or law firm.
Fees
Our dispatch fee is a flat 10% of the gross revenue of each load we book, charged after load payment is received. There are no setup fees and no monthly minimums. In weeks where you do not run, no dispatch fee is charged.
Term and cancellation
Service is provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. Fees earned on loads already booked or delivered remain payable.
Carrier responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining valid operating authority, insurance, and equipment, and for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. You retain full authority over which loads to accept — we never force dispatch.
No forced dispatch
Every load booking requires your approval. You decide what you run. Nothing in these terms obligates you to accept any particular load.
Limitation of liability
Waypoint Dynamics LLC provides dispatch services on a best-efforts basis. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of brokers, shippers, or third parties, or for freight loss, damage, delay, or non-payment by such parties.
